Located on the 1st floor, the apartment boasts a naturally lit, modern environment. Recently renovated, the apartment is really sleek with a minimalistic vibe. The living area is open-plan, connecting a small lounge with the kitchen and dining area. You can expect to find: - Small grey sofa - Smart TV * - Marble dining table + 3 dining chairs - In-built oven & microwave - 4-ring induction hob - Fridge / Freezer - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Crockery & cutlery - Glassware - AC unit *please note: the TV wasn't installed at the time of the photoshoot but there is one! You’ll also find a bedroom, tucked behind a partition wall featuring: - Double bed with luxury wooden headboard - Hotel quality bed linen - Fitted wardrobes with hangers - Bedside tables and lamps Finally, there is a cosy shower room complete with: - Toilet - Walk-in waterfall shower - Single sink / vanity unit with hidden storage - Soap dispenser and toothbrush holder - Freshly laundered towels I also provide some basic essentials including: - Toilet paper - Hand soap - X2 Dishwasher tablets - Laundry detergent - Washing up liquid, dish cloths and kitchen spray This apartment is set up for you to relax, unwind and make yourself at home. Everything was perfect, only disadvantage of this accommodation was the location, it is very far from the city center
Hazel was super quick with responses! We loved the apartment, it was very clean and comfy. It was about a 12 minute walk from the main line of public transit. We felt super safe because there was a lock to get into the building and a lock to get into the apartment as well. If you are looking for a more affordable place in Lisbon that is still relatively close the the centre (by car or public transit) that is also away from the busy/loud streets we would highly recommend staying here!
Great modern apartment - very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. A short Uber ride to great Lisbon restaurants etc. Parking was very easy.
Logement très cosy, donnant sur une petite cour donc au calme. Très agréable pour un séjour à Lisbonne. Nous reviendrons ! ☺️

Alcantara sits between the city centre and the iconic waterfront district of Belém. It’s split into two different areas - an industrial zone that lies underneath the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge and a pretty residential area situated further up the hill.
The area is filled with things to see and do. Here’s a list of must-see local attractions and their distances (metres / minutes walking) from the apartment. If catching an UBER or Bolt then these times will be much quicker.

Taxis
Taxi services such as UBER & Bolt are available to download in Lisbon. The apartment is a 15 minute taxi ride to the city centre and usually costs between €5 - €10.
Public Transport
Public transport options take a little longer (approx 40 mins) into the city centre but are easy and regular.
Bus
Bus route 760 (which takes you into the centre, is a short 8 minute walk away
Train
Alcantara-Mar, the nearest train station, is a 20 minute walk from the front door or Belem train station is a 22 min walk away.
Tram
You can also walk for 15 mins to Estação Sto. Amaro where you can jump on Tram 15E towards the city centre.
Parking
There is free parking on all of the nearby streets although sometimes it can be tricky to find a spot.
