Just 30 minutes from Whistler, the perfect getaway for families or a few friends who love the outdoors. Explore unending adventure in the mountains, or relax in the barrel sauna, the hot tub, or by the fire and enjoy the quiet of the countryside. Pemberton Valley Retreat is located on 2.6 acres in beautiful Pemberton Meadows, just 4km from the town of Pemberton and 30 minutes from Whistler. Outdoors, you can take in the views of the beautiful mountains and countryside from inside the barrel sauna, from inside the hot tub, or while gathering around the fire pit. The main floor has a spacious living room with cozy fireplace, big games table, and views up the meadows to Mt Meagre. Attached to the living room is a well-appointed kitchen with a big harvest table. A sliding door leads from the kitchen to a covered deck with comfy seating, an outdoor table, and BBQ. Upstairs you will also find a king bedroom, two bunk rooms, and a bathroom. On the ground floor are two more bedrooms: a king bedroom and 'family room' with queen bed and bunks. There is also a rec room with shuffleboard, darts, large TV, couch, and lots of games. The property consists of 2.6 acres of grass meadow, an apple orchard, fire pit, 8-person sauna, and 6-person hot tub with a fantastic view of the neighbouring farm fields and stunning Mt. Currie. Also included are a collection of yard games: ladder golf, kubb, molke, and bocce.

It's almost surreal this place even exists. I've been around the world and it's wild that one of the neatest properties I've ever stayed on is only two hours from home.
Beautiful airbnb with breathtaking views. Both Missy and Shaun were extremely responsive with any questions from our group. The home was spacious even for our group of 11. I highly recommend this place as a getaway from the city!
This place is as magical on the inside as it is on the outside, especially for those who value the outdoors & wilderness. Think: falling asleep to the sound of frogs and waking to sound of coyotes howling... It's set in beautiful surroundings (fields, mountains, forests), and has incredible amenities to make the most of the tranquil settings. Highlights include a hot tub, barrel sauna (beautiful!), outside eating area, fire pit, bbq, play house, volleyball net, huge garden, etc. The inside is equally spectacular. It has 5 bedrooms so is an excellent choice for big groups and includes a games room (separate from the living room), large kitchen and outside deck. It's also well-kitted out with games & books for all ages. I'd highly recommend this special place for all ages (families, retirees, couples, etc). And as a bonus, furry friends are welcome too! Thank you, Missy & Shaun, for being fantastic hosts & creating the perfect environment to make magical memories.

My stay at exceeded my expectations! It was perfect for our family that included babies, teenagers, grandparents and pets. The views of Mount Currie were stunning, and the large property provided lots of privacy . The house itself was spacious, with all the amenities you need. The highlight for me was definitely the sauna and hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area. And Missy and Shaun were incredibly accommodating and took care of all the details.

Our neighborhoud is just a 4 minute drive from the quaint town of Pemberton, and 30 minutes to Whistler village.
Mountain adventure: Do some backcountry skiing up the Duffy, hike Narin falls or the Joffrey Lake trail, there is world class mountain biking from the house, or take flight from the nearby paraglidinglaunch.
Relax on the covered deck and take in the view of Mount currie or visit North Arm farm for all your farm fresh produce, upick berries, or a lovely farm lunch.
Pemberton also offers horseriding, some fantastic brew pubs such as the Beer farmers, or check out the show host guidebook.
You will want a car when you are out here in the country. And if you are coming in the winter months (Oct-Mar), please be sure to come with winter tires!
