Polanco is one of Mexico’s most beautiful neighborhoods. The building is conveniently located in the heart of Polanco, where you’ll be surrounded by delicious restaurants of national and international cuisine, the trendiest bars, galleries, and boutiques.
Shopping malls:
Cross the street to find Palacio de Hierro, an iconic shopping destination that beckons with its luxury brands and exclusive boutiques. Indulge in a world of fashion and elegance, where shopping becomes an art form. And that's just the beginning—Polanco's streets are lined with high-end stores and charming boutiques, creating a shopping experience like no other. The gorgeous Antara Shopping Mall is also a few blocks away! It has the best range of shops and restaurants with lots of open spaces.
Masaryk Avenue:
Just one block South from the property you’ll get to the wonderful Masaryk Avenue! It’s truly one of the most luxurious and beautiful blocks in Mexico, even compared to Manhattan’s 5th Avenue. Here you’ll find the most luxurious high-end stores, galleries, and restaurants, all of them with modern and cool facades. There are also some of the trendiest and most exclusive bars and clubs in the city.
Carso Block:
As you venture beyond the shops, you'll discover Polanco's cultural riches, like the Soumaya Museum in the Carso block. It's a true marvel, from the building’s stunning facade to the amazing collection inside! You’ll find pieces from Mexico’s most iconic artists such as Diego Rivera and Siqueiros, to works from the most renowned artists in the world such as Rodin, Van Gogh, and Picasso. Across the street, you´ll find the Inbursa Aquarium.
Chapultepec:
The property is also very close to Bosque de Chapultepec. It's the biggest urban park in the American continent, so you’ll have lots of great activities to spend a whole day.
There’s the Anthropology Museum, which has the largest collection of Meso-American artifacts in the world. You can also visit the emblematic Chapultepec Castle, a breathtaking place filled with history! In Chapultepec, you´ll find the Tamayo Museum of Modern Art, a lake with several activities, and even a zoo! It’s a great place for an evening with family or friends.
Lincoln Park:
There’s also Parque Lincoln, a lush green oasis with gorgeous ponds that offer a tranquil space for unwinding. There’s also a skate zone, a kids’ playground, and even an aviary. Surrounding the park there are lots of great restaurants and cafes. El Péndulo and La Casa del Pastor are some of our recommendations.

Antara and Carso:
From the building, go 1 block to the North to find the amazing Antara Shopping Mall. Just around the corner, there’s the Inbursa Aquarium. Right across the street, you’ll get to the Soumaya Museum. There's also another shopping mall just beside the museum called Carso Plaza.
Masaryk:
Just one block South from the property you’ll get to the wonderful Masaryk Avenue! There you’ll find the most exclusive stores, restaurants, and bars.
Lincoln Park:
If you head a couple of blocks East and one further to the South, you’ll encounter Lincoln Park. Explore the surroundings’ lively bar and restaurant scene, where innovative cocktails and delectable cuisines from around the world await.
You can easily walk to all the spots we mentioned above, as they are within a very short distance. Bosque de Chapultepec is also very close to the property, but we recommend using a bike to get here for your convenience. You can easily rent a city bike called “Ecobici'' through their app. Here you’ll have lots of great activities to spend a whole day. From the breathtaking Chapultepec Castle to visiting the lake or even the zoo! This place is great for a romantic stroll or a fun day with the family.
Beyond Polanco:
If you want to travel beyond Polanco to neighborhoods like Condesa, Reforma, or the Historic Center, we recommend using Uber or Didi to travel more comfortably. They’re usually not expensive, but if you’re looking for a more affordable option that also helps avoid the traffic, the metro bus goes through all of Chapultepec and Reforma.
You can also go to the Auditorio station and take the metro towards Reforma, Bellas Artes, and the Zócalo.
