The house is ideally located midway between the quintessential Cornish villages of Tintagel and Boscastle. A lovely holiday home for a larger family or a group of friends, the property makes a great base for walkers exploring the South West Coast Path and is just a couple of miles from some beautiful secluded beaches. On arrival at this fantastic holiday property, you will find the bright and stylishly designed open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Coolly decorated in cool relaxing tones and featuring a high vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, this is a perfect space for relaxing in at the end of a great day. The delightful lounge area has plenty of seating, a Smart TV and glorious views from the French doors and the floor-to-ceiling windows. The pleasant dining area is perfect for sharing a special family meal, which you can enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The hallway leads you along to the four fresh and relaxing bedrooms. The first is a spacious king-size room with a Smart TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors and stunning sea views. There’s two further king-size rooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, and finally a cosy twin room, along with an attractive family bathroom. Stepping outside, the large decked balcony spans the length of the property and has plenty of outdoor furniture so you can sit back and admire the far-reaching sea views as you unwind with a drink or al fresco meal in the evening. There’s also a pretty enclosed garden with a gently sloping lawn and garden furniture with views across the fields. Ample private off-road parking is available on the driveway.
