We stayed here 6 nights. The bathroom was not clean. The sink was broken. No hot water. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room as well. The kitchen was dirty as well. The room was hot at night. Good location in San Juan. Close to the beach, but the beach itself was not great.

cheap and good Room, but i got robbed inside the Airbnb, so not safe. Would not recommend.

A basic space that provides all that is needed for a quick and simple stay. I come here once a week to stay for a night or two while I work in SJDS. I feel safe and provided for in my few needs. Luis is very responsive and kind. Each moment I’ve asked for something, I receive a response from him or his workers almost immediately.
