Enjoy a comfortable stay at this centrally-located historic charmer. Walking distance to both Midtown and downtown. Spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pull out sofa, a mudroom, wrap around front porch, and peaceful neighborhood. Driveway parking! Perfect for family vacations, work trips, weddings, couples, or friends! Visit Lake Tahoe with quick access to I-80, UNR, Children’s Museum, Downtown, and Mountains from this adorable bungalow. 30 minutes - Mt Rose 1/2 mile - Downtown There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Walking into the house, there are a few steps to the main level and the rest of the home is one story. Although there are a set of stairs in the photo, there is no guest access to the upstairs attic. The home is set up perfectly for two couples, a small family, or 2-3 friends getting away for a trip. Both showers are walk-in with a small tile lip to step over. There is a camera at the back entrance and is motion activated for safety.

This place was so ideal for our family of four. The location was walkable to good food and fun things to do. It was incredibly clean and very spacious and well decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you would need. I loved the charm of the older house with the creaky floors and wrap around porch. The neighborhood felt safe, and the parking on the driveway was convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again when we have to come to Reno.

My family and I enjoyed this cute little cottage!!! We loved all of the details and characteristics of the home. It felt like home away from home. Easy to access, within walking distance to many restaurants and activities, and quiet. You will definitely be glad you chose this beautiful home to enjoy Reno!!

This home is located right in Midtown. A hip area of Reno with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. There are local art installations and murals by local artists. It is also walking distance to downtown Reno.
A car is recommended for visiting Reno, however, seeing the city will be fun if you're ready for a walk, jog, or bike!
