Welcome to JAMA homes! Enjoy Erlangen and its wonderful green surroundings in our vacation apartment next to Dechsendorf in the middle of nature. Our modern apartment offers everything you need for a great stay in Erlangen: → 1 bedroom (separate beds on request). → Smart-TV & WLAN → NESPRESSO coffee machine → Kitchenette with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, etc. → free parking place at the accommodation → towels and bed linen we provide Spend your stay in our lovingly furnished 65 sqm apartment. The apartment offers you a soothing view of nature through large and bright windows. The sleeping place for 2 persons is equipped with two beds in the bedroom. Here there is the possibility to put the beds separately in the room, so that everyone has his own bed to sleep (90x200cm each). The beds can also simply stand together as in the pictures, so that you can enjoy 180cmx200cm lying area :). In the modern, large kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, furthermore we provide you with wine and champagne glasses. Furthermore, the apartment has a pleasantly large bathroom with a ground-level shower. On the fold-out sofa bed you can sit comfortably with up to three people or sleep as a couple. If you arrive as a foursome, we will of course prepare the sofa bed for you. At the large round dining table you can eat together with four people or end the evening with a board game on our sideboard. The desk in the living and dining room is perfect for home office or remote working. A multi-outlet for charging your tech devices is definitely there. There is a fantastic balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy the sunset. Free wifi with a real speed of 100 mbt/s is offered. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is an elevator. So it is barrier-free and accessible for everyone! :) Our apartment is always professionally cleaned before guests move in. Airbnb's extended cleaning protocol is not a mandatory check mark for us, but is taken seriously.

In the middle of the metro region Nuremberg and perfectly connected to the transport network, our apartment is located in a natural area between Erlangen and Dechsendorf. From here you can reach the A3 and A73 in a few minutes, as well as the city of Erlangen or the Nuremberg airport.
There are very few cars here and a lot of cyclists :). With the bike you can use the perfectly developed bike path concept in and around Erlangen.
In the village of Dechsendorf are smaller stores, including a bakery and a pharmacy, a farm store. Three supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in two minutes by car.
Erlangen has various sights and cultural attractions:
1. Dechsendorfer Weiher: The Großer Bischofsweiher, also called Dechsendorfer Weiher, is located in the north of the Erlangen district of Dechsendorf. It is part of a local recreation area and the largest of a whole chain of about 60 carp ponds.
2. Erlangen Castle: A baroque castle located in the city center. It houses parts of the Friedrich Alexander University.
3. botanical garden: This garden belongs to the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and is a quiet place to relax.
4. Huguenot Church: A church commemorating the French Huguenots who settled in Erlangen.
5. marketplace: the heart of the city with many stores, restaurants and cafes.
6. Erlangen Art Museum: A place for art lovers with a collection of works from different eras.
7. E-Werk: A cultural center where concerts, cinema and other events are held regularly.
8. Regnitz: The river that flows through the city offers beautiful paths for walking or cycling.
9. museum of archaeology in Franconia: Offers an overview of the history of the region.

By the way, there are also two very tasty pizzerias nearby that deliver to your doorstep: Osteria da Gianni and Pizzeria La Terrazza Dechsendorf.
