A rustic country home with functional but not fancy amenities. With just two of us it was nice to have the extra space and having extra 1/2 bathroom was nice.

Very peaceful on the lake. Great star gazing and sitting around the fire! Clean and lots of room.

We were so excited about this Airbnb. We wanted to fish and also kayak. This listed both amenities. There was a very narrow and tiny path to the dock and would be impossible for us seniors, (we are in relatively good physical condition) to lift and get the kayak down that path or in water.The dock was very close to shore so not ideal for fishing. Inside we noticed alot of dust or unclean areas. We expected to be able to cook alot of our meals, but most of the pots and pans were old, scratched Teflon. Microwave was dirty and unusable. There was an outdated one we did use. We also ended up buying our own pan just to feel safe. We lost the remote to TV and pulled up the couch and found lots of debris under it. If you can't do steep stairs beware. Not only were they very steep, but the handrail on one side was very loose and coming out of the wall. One positive, the host was responsive and helped with TV and put paddleboat in water for us. This place needed a thorough cleaning and some TLC

If you are looking for a place away from hustle and bustle this is a good place. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find a safe/easy place to enter the lake and wasn’t able to enjoy the paddle boat that Kent provides.

If you’re looking for a laid-back, relaxing place, this is it. Always a nice time at the lake!
