Moises and his staff are always helpful and responsive. I stay in the apartments and other in the building often. It is a safe and relaxing neighborhood.

I always have a great experience in Moises's apartments. This one is my favorite so far for myslelf and my family. We are all very comfortable and feel very safe. The location is great for taking an Uber to any neighborhood in the city.

The apt photos were accurate. Had 3 nice size bedrooms, 2.5 workable bathrooms (one toilet was too small to go into and close door, 1 shower was inside a storage closet). The apt wasn't well stocked - didn't have enough shampoo/conditioner, towels, hand towels, no detergent or dryer sheets for washer/dryer, no spices/coffee/sugar etc. When asked for more shampoo/conditioner, it took 3 days until we received it. The apt view was nice and accurate, but the bedrooms didn't have much character/pictures to feel homey. One of the AC units in the main room didn't work, but no one came to fix. All other AC units worked - we had 95-degree weather, so this was critical. The pool was nice, but was very hard for our family of 5 to get around the building since we only had 1 FOB key to use and you need it to go anywhere around the building- even use the elevator, which was very annoying. Also, several windows didn't have shades, including in the bathroom which was uncomfortable. Apt was clean

Recomendado! Todo coincidía como en las fotos, el área social muy bonita vista y muy agradable y si llevas niños hay un área infantil pequeña y frente al edificio un pequeño parque con juego, buena privacidad. Solo como recomendación si son varias personas pedir otras llaves extras ya que no puede accesar a elevado ni salir sin ella.
