I love Manhattan Beach, and this is a gem location. Wonderful view of the beach, plenty of space to relax and just enjoy the atmosphere. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the Dolphins play in the water. Owners were quick to reply to texts and answer any questions. I would stay here again, in a heartbeat. *Two bits of helpful advice, I feel should be mentioned. For those who travel "heavy" – there is a outdoor walk-up (third floor) to get into the condo (so be prepared, if you plan to bring a lot of suitcases/supplies, be sure to do some stretches!), and the parking space is a tight fit for larger vehicles (you may want to consider street parking if you have an SUV or larger, or suffer parking anxiety).

This place has a million-dollar view to go along with a wonderful location. Being a few steps off The Strand is fabulous. The shopping and dining areas of Manhattan Beach are walkable, as is the grocery store. The main sitting room is comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics. Linens and water pressure are both good. One thing to know is that the available parking space is super-tight. If you have a car bigger than a Mini, getting out can be a real challenge. There is street parking, but finding it takes effort. That's absolutely not a deal-breaker, but something one might like to known in advance. Tom and Destiny are wonderful hosts. They are so responsive. They have a very nice property manager, as well. We had such a wonderful stay! If you're looking for the California beach experience, this place can't be beat.

We had a wonderful stay here. The view is beautiful, the outdoor patio is lovely. It is central so we were able to walk everywhere and it is a 2 minute walk to the beach / the strand. The owners were super responsive. Would 100% stay here again, thank you!
