We had a great stay at this property! It was close to everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, too, which was perfect. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area.
Very clean and comfortable house! Exactly what we needed. Convenient location less than 10 mins from our family's house and easily accessible to everywhere we needed to go in Fayetteville. Would definitely stay there again.
The place was great and very cozy. It had everything that could possibly need for a long weekend stay.
We had a great stay. The home was easy access to UARK campus and activities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. When we checked out everyone agreed that the house was worth the money we paid. Two things we considered negative and only one of those could be fixed. While the house itself is very accessible, the bathroom doors are too narrow for my mom’s wheelchair to get thru. The description did not say it was accessible so we can’t hold that against them. And the half-moon window in the front bedroom was totally uncovered and had light beaming thru not only early in the morning but also the streetlight all night long. We had grumpy teens when they were awakened early every day. Overall it was a great stay and I’m sure it will not be our last.
