Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space over looking rolling fields and wonderful mountain views. Located on the Toby Benches, just 10 minutes from Panorama and 10 minutes from Downtown Invermere, this secluded and newly renovated house on 80 acres is perfect for getting away from it all. With 360 degree views, air conditioning, a new radiant heating system, fireplace, three bedrooms, and a great kitchen this is the place for you this year. PRIVATE DRIVEWAY As you turn off the highway you are greeted by our overhead signage and a private dirt track. Please note that during snow or rain this track can become muddy - ensure your vehicle can drive on this type of terrain. ENTRANCE AND WRAP AROUND DECK As you drive up to our home, you will find lots of space for parking. There are a few steps up the deck to the front door. What you will notice is that the deck wraps around the house giving you 360 views of the local landscape. MAIN LIVING SPACE As you walk in, you will immediately feel at home. The open plan living space has a large kitchen with stool seating, large lounge area with log burner (please bring your own seasoned wood), cute corner dining area, laundry/utility room, half bathroom (WC) and a dedicated work station. There is also access to the deck from the main living space. The kitchen comes fully equipped, and there's a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. Off the main living space is a queen bedroom with (shower) ensuite bathroom: the other bedrooms are down stairs. You will also find a powder room on the main level. LOWER LIVING SPACE Down stairs there is one queen and one double bedroom, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a second large living space.

A Stellar Stay at a Scenic Invermere Ranch We celebrated a special 60th birthday at Shawna's stunning ranch in Invermere, BC, & it exceeded all our expectations! The sprawling property offered breathtaking mountain views and an impeccably maintained home that comfortably accommodated our family of 6 and an infant. With three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space was perfect for privacy and relaxation. The kitchen was well-equipped, catering to all our culinary needs for the birthday celebration. Shawna, our host, was exceptionally communicative and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless and special. The highlight of our visit was the crystal-clear night sky - a truly magical experience as we felt we could nearly touch the stars. It was a memorable getaway not just for the birthday celebrant but for the whole family, who enjoyed every moment of serenity this unique ranch offered. Whether it was lounging with a book or exploring the serene vistas, Shawna's place was a hit!
