I stayed two nights. I particularly enjoyed the quiet. Zero noise from LHR. Very little from above unit. Faces a street, but limited impact. Took Picadilly line from Heathrow to Park Royal, then walked a few minutes to unit. Owner met me, no lockbox. (Access to building is controlled by fob, will have to call owner when arriving.) Heat temp was set, worked great, didn't have to touch. Large bedroom with comfy bed. Bathroom also of good size Kitchen has enough utensils for basic meal prep. I didn't use the washer or tv. No a/c it appears, but there is a table fan. Owner was able to provide hair dryer at my request. Protip: When locking the door from outside, pull up on the handle before turning the key. Coop grocery nearby, larger store more than a mile away. An hour or so to the British Museum. Given the quiet, ample size, and reasonable positioning, this is a good value. Would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Excellent flat, clean and had everything we needed. Fairly convenient for the tube, and free secure parking which is rare in London
