Emily is a very friendly and communicative host. She keeps the house very clean. Everything is nice here. Highly recommend it.

The listing was just as described. Felt right at home. It was walking distance from different stores. Quite neighborhood. Host was responsive. Will definitely keep this listing in mind when coming back to Sacramento.

We came to visit friends and family in the greater Sacramento area. While Emily’s place originally popped up as something that was more affordable compared to other options, I’m so glad that we chose to stay here. Emily was a very responsive host — especially as we arrived late at night and had a bit of a hard time identifying which duplex was ours. The whole place is very clean and has obviously been updated (especially the kitchen and bathroom). The back porch was great for early morning coffee and the water pressure in the shower was lovely.
