great place, responsive host!

First of all, I didn't want to review this Airbnb because of how bad it is since it doesn't meet the requirements of anything. The Airbnb was not clean to such a level that he had to come with me and I waited outside in the car while he cleaned it. Airbnbs are supposed to be ready by law at 3pm in the afternoon and he came to give me the accommodation at 8pm. When we entered we realized that a person taller than 5'10 cannot enter because they collide with the ceiling. The Airbnb does not do anything so that people can stay. It is literally a bunker, a person is not safe in that accommodation. I have proof of messages with him being very derogatory talking to me for no reason.

Carlos place is good and clean. I have problems checking in because Carlos was not responding to my texts or phone calls. Other people on the reviews have said this, but for one night I was hoping to have a better experience. I didn't. It was nerve wrecking not knowing if I was at the right place (no number on the house) and how to access the apartment. I called Air B & B support to request assistance in finding another lodging. It was 5:30 pm and I needed a place to spend the night. As it turned out after Air B & B support informed me that they too were unable to contact the host I made my third call to the host and he did answer. Told me which house I was to go to and how to access the apartment. Took 38 panicky minutes to make contact with the host.

Excelente lugar! Carlos fué amable, comunicativo y nos tuvo en el cuarto flyers de lugares a los que podíamos visitar. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario, lugar tranquilo y con privacidad.
