Our stay was amazing! Super clean lots of room for 4 couples and a baby! The kitchen was loaded with everything you needed (did have to bring own seasonings) plenty of basic supply’s such as toilet paper dish soap etc. hot tub very clean awesome view! Even though you are close to other houses it seems like you’re in you’re own part of the woods. We come to wintergreen every years and this is by far one of our favorite stays yet! We hope to be back very soon!

On the first full day of our stay, I connected the co-host to report that the thermostat was not working. I was asked to send a photo of the thermostat which I did. I did not hear back from the co-host. About two hours later, I contacted her again because the temperature that night was predicted to be below freezing. I did not hear from her. The next morning, I contacted her again about having no heat and reported that the washing machine was full of water and not working. Her response was to ask that I sent a photo of the thermostat (which I'd done the previous day) and to tell me that they were aware that the washing machine was not working and we shouldn't use it. I told her we were leaving and were going to request a refund. She did not respond. As we were driving home, I received a phone call saying that a techniican was at the house and we could turn around. With four different families coming from 4 places, that was not feasible. They did refund me half of the cost of the rental
