Welcome to our peaceful and stylish apartment, private entrance, king size bed, en-suite bathroom with self catering unit , living room , TV, kettle, toaster, Air-fryer, fridge with beautiful views of the harbour. Making our home a perfect base for exploring the city and beyond. 10min drive to Cork City’s centre, 5 minutes drive to Fota Wildlife Park and Golf Club , 5 min drive to Cork Golf Club. Cobh and Midleton both 10 mins drive and Kinsale only 45 mins drive . 10 min walk to train station. Bedroom measurements are approximately 3m x 4m, containing king size bed, wardrobe, bed side lockers. En-suite Bathroom measurements are 3m x 1m, containing, hand basin, Toilet & Shower. Living Area measurements are 3m x 5m , containing kitchen, Air-fryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, couch, coffee table .

Marie’s place was the perfect base for a week while I worked in Cork. A short drive from the city, peaceful and spotlessly clean. Great to have a little kitchen, too! Bed very comfortable.
Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans le logement de Marie, il est fidèle aux descriptions faites, très confortable et chaleureux. Elle et son mari ont été très accueillants et gentils avec nous. Nous avions même un petit croissant en guise de bienvenue. Nous recommandons ce logement. L'environnement est très paisible, on peut se garer facilement dans la cour et les hôtes donnent des recommandations sur les lieux à visiter ou les endroits où manger. Merci Marie !
Absolutely love and clean place! We loved the extremely comfortable bed and room darkening shades. Marie and her husband were a pleasure to meet and correspond with. Thank you for a wonderful short stay!
Had a great relaxing holiday at Marie’s place. It was like home from home. My flight arrived early in the morning so I was allowed to check in earlier than planned. I had asked Marie where To go for gluten free products as I am Coeliac. She told me about Fitzpatricks. Their gluten free sandwiches are delicious the bread was so soft. I had the best nights sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable. Marie had left out breakfast cereals and had even gone above and beyond and had some gluten free treats for me. How thoughtful. I had hired a car at Cork airport so it was nice that the accommodation was away from the city. I drove into Cobh which was beautiful. Every time I returned to the apartment the two spaniels Bob and Ruby came out to greet me. Beautiful dogs. I would highly recommend Maries place. It was my first time travelling on my own and Marie and her husband made me so welcome. They were always on hand if I needed anything. I’m hoping to return again. Marie. Scotland.

Quite neighbourhood, very close to The Elm Tree Restaurant in Glounthaune, 10 minute walk to train station that will bring you into the city of Cork in 10 minutes.
Parking is free in our driveway. Easy access to train station in Glounthaune where you can reach the city in 10 minutes or go East to Midleton , again 10 minutes.
