Lovely, ensuite studio flat in charming Eastbourne area. Few min walk to shopping centrum, train station or beach. Our apartment enjoys a great location in Eastbourne. This stunning newly renovated spacious apartment on Gorringe Road is right in the centre of everything. A lovely calm, stylish space within ten minutes walk of the station and the beach. Other popular attraction close by include Eastbourne Pier, the Congress Theatre and War Memorial roundabout. The apartment is on the first floor and interiors are light, bright and cosy, the perfect space for a single guest or couple. The property is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self catering stay in this amazing seaside town.

We had a lovely stay at Joanna's place. The room was clean, had a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove and oven which was great. Shared washing machine was very handy. Plenty of street parking available, streets get very busy during school pick up/drop off. Overall, great value for the price, we would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Eastbourne.

Eastbourne town is a charming place to spend lovely time. It is among the Sunshine Coast, not without a reason; statistically it has most sunny days in the UK.
It only takes 20 minutes walk to the seafront pier and approximately 10 minutes to the town centre. There are plenty attractions in the town itself as well as in the surrounding areas. The famous Beachy Head, Seven Sisters, Coockmere River, bandstand, open roof bus tours and the Air Show in August.
