Neat tidy room and shared facilities. Comfortable and warm. A bit of traffic noise if you’re sensitive to such things.

The room was very cozy and clean, just a shelf or a small wardrobe would have been nice for storing clothes . The shared spaces were also clean and well equipped, there is everything you might need. The location is great, with just one step out of the door you are in beautiful Fitzroy with all the nice cafés, pubs and restaurants. In front of the door there is a tramstation, you can go easily to Flinders Street.
