This stylish place sits in a beautiful, safe, and friendly neighborhood that is 5 min from the beach and all amenities. It is our new home and as we can’t live there full time just yet, we’d like to share it and make this a home for others as well. It’s a stylish single family home on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a fenced backyard. On the first floor are kitchen, dining, 2 living areas as well as a restroom. On the 2nd floor is a master bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom as well as 2 more bedrooms that share one bathroom.

Andy and Karina are SO friendly (including Lani their chocolate lab). Their home is very welcoming, and you have the entire place to yourself with occasional weekends with their presence. Neighborhood is very safe and highly recommend booking with them!
Andy and Karina were super friendly, responsive to our messages and very helpful with answering any questions we had. Easy to check in and check out. The place was very nice, clean and it is walking distance to the market, restaurants and the beach. This place was great for meeting new people and spend some time with them. Thank you Karina and Andy!
Andi and Karina have a great space! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and although I didn't end up using the room for the entire month, they were still attentive and checked in on me through the app during my stay. I recommend the house to others looking for a quiet visit to Huntington Beach.
