Dirty towel left in bathroom, need new carpet in kitchen and bathrooms, someone was smoking weed everyday and smell always filled the apartment, working nights and getting in was difficult due to one dull light in the back and door was always held open for people to come and go as they please. Host was very responsive and worked with us on check out.
The pictures hide the fact that this apartment complex is dirty. The hallways are covered in stains, the area is not ideal. There is carpet in the kitchen and bathrooms which is filthy full of stains. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Some of the dishes were dirty which was inconvenient. The air condition was very loud. The fan placed in bedroom does not work. Overall for the price it was ok. Wish it was cleaner.

We still love to vacation as a family and the kids typically bring either their significant other or a close friend. We're all quiet and friendly. In fact, I'm quite proud of how friendly and pleasant our kids are! If we stay in your place, rest assured that we appreciate you and, we will be clean and respectful of your space.
