This apartment is modern, and comfortable. It has everything needed for a short or long stay. The view of the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony are stunning. There is plenty of restaurantes and stores of any kind at walking distance. We used delivery services for groceries and from restaurantes and everything got directly to the door of the apartment. There is 24/7 security guard at the entrance and he helped us from the day we arrived until the minute we left. I had problems with my knees and can’t climb stairs. To enter the building you need to climb a huge set of steps and he gave me a control remote to enter through the parking door directly to the elevator. The host, María José, is really responsive and attentive. She took care of all our requests immediately. The zone where the apartment is located, it’s the modern side of Mérida, with easy access to downtown and the main avenues to go to the beach.
