The 55 inch 4K SmartTV has all of the streaming services pre-installed, as well as NFL Sunday Ticket! Enjoy streaming whatever you like, and kick back on the 3 seater couch or spacious wide leather chair & relax. Enjoy the natural light from the huge 7 foot windows, Playing cards and board games are available for you to enjoy your company. The hallway between the living room has a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, and plenty of detergent and dryer sheets for a long or short term stay! The Kitchen: The entire unit is brand new construction, with the top of the line kitchen being the star of the show. The brand new appliances and gorgeous granite countertop provide the perfect space for prepping anything and everything you’d like to cook. We’ve provided the Magnolia Table cookbook, help inspire anything you'd like to create! The bedroom also has a dresser, and a huge 8 foot closet with plenty of room for all of your belongings, as well as a vacuum and broom/dustpan for your convenience. Extra linens and bedding are available in the closet as well.
