Explore nearby attractions and book your stay for comfort and convenience. *Sleeping Arrangement* The studio is equipped with 2 comfy beds and pillows. All of the bed sheets, linens, and pillow covers are replaced after each checkout. (Depending on the number on the rooms/ beds we will update the sleeping arrangement) *Private Bathroom* The private bathroom includes all of the basic amenities like, bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hairdryer, toilet paper, soaps, body wash, shampoo, and towels. *Kitchenette* The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small dining table so that you can enjoy your meals. *Kitchen* The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. (If we have any Kitchen) *Living Space* The complete studio is equipped with central air conditioning and heating along with a lightning fast internet connection, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace desk. *Laundry Area* The building has its own laundry area and you will be able to have access to the coin laundry during your stay. *Parking Situation* Parking is available on premises and we only allow one (1) car per reservation. However, if you're planning to bring more than one car then please feel free to reach out to us beforehand so that we can check for the possibility of accommodating you with additional parking spots. *Other Amenities On-Site* - Entrance is equipped with a smart lock for convenient access. - Beach access is within walking distance. - 24/7 security staff available. - 24/7 support line available. - Vending machines with snacks and drinks are kept in the building. - Mid-stay cleaning is available on request. - Outdoor Grill & Dining ***NOTICE*** Due to the recent hurricane the swimming pool and beach access are currently under maintenance (as long as you see this notice)!
