This intentionally misleading listing didn’t mention the vertical ladder “staircase” to two of the three bedrooms posing real safety/access issues with no bathroom on the second floor. Anyone fit and able to climb up and down the ladder (luggage too) will also have to contend with the ladder in the middle of the night to use the bathroom on the first floor. We checked out the early am and the host agreed to a partial refund provided we did not write a bad review. After continual lying and no refund, the host went radio silent and the listing was modified to include a warning for elderly people. While less agile than some (3 women aged 50 - 60 hoping to recharge after wrist surgery (first guest) and eye surgery 2nd guest), the ladder staircase is dangerous regardless of age or physical fitness level. Instead of a relaxing stay, we’ve been embroiled in a back and forth rollercoaster of dishonesty, frustration, misrepresentation at a significant financial and emotional cost.

The location of the beach house is spectacular! The beach it is on is beautiful and very special. The house is lovely. Access to the second story is up a very steep stairwell so those two rooms are not for anyone struggling with knee or hip issues, but the rooms up there are cute and the beds are comfy. The master suite is just lovely! Gianni is amazing. There were a few issues with the heater which Gianni jumped on to solve. He did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

The house is beautiful with views to die for. The house is stocked with lots of fun toys for kids to play with in the sand and boogie boards for older kids. The house has a dream kitchen to work and eat in. At night the house has very nice lighting for board games. I was surprized that there was also a fenced-in yard with grass to play catch with our 6 year old grandson. This place is magic except for the steep steps that go upstairs. This can be a problem because both bathrooms are downstairs. Primary Suite downstairs is perfect! I felt like I was in a dream the whole time I was there. I absolutely loved the sun porch! You get all the views and can stay cozy.
