Welcome to Al Alba! Here you will find; Parking right at the door and very good Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. Roof terrace with armchairs, hammocks and outdoor shower (hot and cold water). On the main floor, three double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living room with direct access to our wonderful terrace with BBQ. On the ground floor there is ping-pong, a reading area and elements for exercising. Every corner is designed to make your stay unforgettable. Come and enjoy! The house has 4 bedrooms; 3 on the ground and one downstairs (this one has its own bathroom outside the room). From the 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one has its own bathroom inside the room (ensuite) and the other 2 bedrooms share the same bathroom (both rooms are connected through the bathroom)

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Alba. The views are great and it was really close to the University and in 10min with the bus you are in the city center os Las Palmas. The house was big, with four separate rooms, a complete kitchen and two amazing terraces. We will definitely come back!

La casa es súper recomendable. Muy lindo estilo, grande, cómoda con ambientes grandes para disfrutar, bien equipada. Mejor imposible! La limpieza impecable. La vista desde la terraza muy hermosa. Accesible con auto, y si bien no tiene garage, se puede estacionar cómodamente en la puerta. Volvería sin dudas! Gracias Claudia.

This is a very undisturbed area so it is very easy to find parking free of charge, and right at the entrance of the house there is a small parking area too.
There are also several bus stops next to the house (you will find one just a 2-minute walk away) if you want to go to the city center and avoid having to search for parking in the city, which is often complicated.
In the house you will also find all the information about the bus lines with their respective schedules (buses come through every 8 minutes maximum).
