The characterful dining room has wooden beams, a Welsh dresser and feature fireplace, while the bright and cheery conservatory is perfect for afternoon tea, with access to a secret courtyard. The ground also has a charming galley-style kitchen, a refreshing bathroom and a separate shower room. A twisting staircase leads up to a pretty double bedroom, with another steep staircase leading to the two other bedrooms: a sweet single and a gorgeous double. Stepping outside, the enclosed garden features a pretty lawn with well-stocked borders, ample outdoor furniture and a soothing hot tub to luxuriate in after a great day’s exploring. The imaginatively updated games room has a tennis table, dartboard, billiards table and a wide selection of books and games. The historic coastal town of Conwy (7 miles) and the popular seaside town of Colwyn Bay (9 miles) are to the north, with a choice of fantastic pubs, shops and restaurants, or you can head west to explore the majestic Snowdonia National Park (3 miles).
