Walk out your door to the General Store, Mount Lemmon Lodge, The Cookie Cabin, and everything else Summerhaven has to offer. Enjoy this quaint alpine town in comfortable luxury! The property has the enjoyment of main street access and parking on the east side. On the west side in the back yard guests can enjoy more privacy, nature and the sunset as in drops below Radio Ridge. Each level has a bathroom as well as an outdoor viewing deck for comfort and pleasure.

Tess place is amazing! We got snow one night and next morning everything looked like wonderland! The place was very clean and spacious, lots of spots to hang out with beautiful views. I would recommend to anyone and I would definitely come back! Thank you Tess for your hospitality!

The "Altitude Haus" is an amazing place to stay if you want to be away from the city for a few days. It's in the heart of Summerhaven, so you can walk to the restaurants and shops. But it gets really quiet at night and it's easy to get lost looking at the stars from the many balconies! Great for families. We hope to be back again soon!
This house was so great! Lots of room for our two families. Great location to be able to walk to a lot. We had such a great weekend while we stayed here. We loved the fireplaces and well stocked kitchen!
This place was WONDERFUL. It is located on the main street on Summerhaven, right next to anything you need...basically across the street from the general store. We went when there was snow on the ground and the backyard was phenomenal! The incline was just enough so the kids could sled right there. We built snow forts and sled in our backyard. The 4 bathrooms were amazing. The bunk bed room does not have a door and is in the landing area between the 2 master-suites at the top of the stairs, which was fine for us because the youngest was 7yrs old. This is definitely NOT the right house if anyone in the group has mobility issues (re- LOTS of stairs). We loved our stay, the porch is awesome - TONS of great quality patio furniture. Great kitchen. Awesome welcome basket with hot chocolate and marshmellows. Wonderful fireplaces. Comfortable beds. Awesome all around. Thanks!!!!

This picturesque mountain town has all levels of enchanting hikes just out your back door or around the corner! Enjoy an adventure in the miles of trails in Coronado National Forest or enjoy a delicious meal on an outdoor patio. Either way you will be surrounded by pines, aspens, deer and the occasional turkey! A bird viewers paradise, this small town has an abundance of flora and fauna. With a University Observatory around the corner the sky watching is also splendid. The location on the main street includes higher bustle on the weekends with increased foot traffic across the street on the public sidewalk.
Parking is located in the front of the building. There is a private property sign along the drive way, the parking is for GUESTS ONLY. Parking is highly coveted on the weekends and the space can fit a couple cars comfortably. There is also public street parking along the road, however the Sheriff does enforce no parking on the street itself.
