Fayetteville · 整套平房 · 2室6床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · U of A Historic Home
This house is in the hub of everything that makes Fayetteville amazing. It’s 50 yards from the Greenway Trail puts you in walking distance of A Donald W. Reynolds Football Stadium, Bud Walton Basketball Arena, Dickson Street, The Fayetteville Square, Walton Arts Center and The Ramble to the library. It’s convenient for U of A events, located in the Old Mill District/Art District. 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed, 1 single bed, two trundle beds for 5 people. 1 bathroom. 2 foldout beds in LR closet. The 1944 craftsman house with original hardwood floors is historic and fun. The history includes an old rail yard at the turn of the century. The outdoor covered porch is a great place to sit and relax. The gas fire pit on the patio in the backyard is very enjoyable as well on a cool night. The biggest bedroom has a double bed and an additional trundle bed that pulls out from underneath. There is also a very comfortable trundle bed underneath the daybed in the 2nd bedroom. There are 2 cushioned folding roll away beds in the closet by the front door with extra pads for comfort, so you have options for sleeping arrangements.
Had a wonderful time. Only has 1 small rustic bathroom but we had no problem with it. One of the bedrooms only has a full size bed so be prepared if you are larger individuals. Perfect location.
Very easy to find, very easy to get into, very well stocked. The idea that there is 5 beds is not accurate. One is trundle bed so I suppose it works for kids but seems very strange for adults. One of the "beds" is just a chaise lounge. Then the two couches in the living room. We came with 4 adults hoping everyone would have a bed and and that was not the case. For the price, there are better options for groups in Fayetteville.
It’s a happening area with Arsega’s coffee shop and restaurant, Woodstone Pizza, smoothie shop, bar, live entertainment right down the street a few feet southeast. I often see neighbors walking to the grocery store right next door; it’s so convenient. There’s a bus stop down the street. The Ramble is just a few feet north that was beautifully designed as an artistic path to the state of the art Fayetteville Public Library and The Fayetteville Square, all near Dickson Street with George’s Majestic Lounge and the Walton Arts Center.
4 cars can park at the house easily. Gravel driveway on the left holds 2 vehicles. 1 can park on the gravel on the left side of the sidewalk. On the right side of the house you may park only on the pavement next to the curb where the street ends.
