This house is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice! Also the outdoor area is wonderful. We spent so much time all out on the patio. To be able to see the water was such a bonus. We didn’t go out to the fire pit but it was so cute and looked fun. We had everything we needed and more. We have already talked about going back for a long weekend as sort of a “staycation” for us and our families that are out of town even further than we do. Eric was super accommodating to me and our needs and use of the home. If we would’ve had any issues I’m sure he would’ve been right on it, but we thankfully didn’t! Don’t hesitate if considering this house! You will undoubtedly love it.

The house is beautiful. Many rooms contain big old carved woodwork and mouldings. The wood floors and stairway were a bit difficult for us old folks to navigate but it was so pretty and the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor were beautiful, comfortable, and well worth the effort to get there. We spent a lot of time just walking around taking in the ambiance in the older rooms in the house. Not only is the trim and finish beautiful but the furnishings make you feel like you're in a period house. The ladies talked for hours in the couches in the parlor. But then it has a huge modern kitchen that allowed the 10 people in our party to cook and eat together comfortably. All of the appliances are modern and new. It has a huge new deck off of the kitchen and we were the first to use the brand new gas grill on it. We watched the eclipse from the deck! It overlooks a HUGE back yard that goes down to the bank of the Olentangy River. We were the first to use a beautiful new fire pit on the river bank.
