Many issues that previous tenants have shared with the neighbours. It is filthy and the host claims he has a cleaning company but no one goes in to clean between renters. It's not just lacking a one-time cleaning, it's been built up dirt and filth. Dried urine on the toilet seats. No toilet paper but cups next to the toilets. The bedding was stained, smelly and obviously dirty. This was a huge disappointment and we were stuck with nowhere to go. We had to purchase cleaning products and blankets to be able to sleep. The neighbours told us that many tenants have been to the airbnb unit and have complained and consistently say the same as we experienced.

We loved our stay at Gurmeet’s Airbnb. Check in was smooth, and the Airbnb had everything we needed for our overnight stay such as : soap in the washrooms, blankets, spoons and serving spoons… etc. Basement is finished, as well as the house was spacious. TV had cable too! The neighbourhood seems quiet and peaceful and we had no issues or hiccups during our stay. Would recommend this place again and again!

Great, very reasonably priced stay. Perfect for our group of 6 to basically sleep there after a huge all day hike. Listing could use more detail (ie. there are actually 3 bathrooms which I didn’t realize which was a bonus). Responsive host. House seems like it was just finished being built, a few minor details incomplete but didn’t affect us. overall worked great for us.
