This bright, spacious and modern house has been newly renovated and comfortably sleeps six - it includes 4 bedrooms ( three large doubles and a small double room) and has 3 modern bathrooms (inc one ensuite). The house contains everything you could expect for your stay and is located in a very quiet mature and family friendly neighbourhood. Free Parking in the front of the house, numerous buses pass by to take you into the city centre (15/20 min journey time). Lots of shops and cafes closeby. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with shower facilities (one with a bath), a modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, crockery, glasses, all utensils, etc.), living room and a private rear garden. The house has plenty of space for you to relax in peacefully with Dublin city on your doorstep. The house is professionally cleaned after every guest and freshly laundered bed sheets and towels come as standard with each booking Early check-in / late check-out is available.

Marian was a great host, the home was in a perfect location. Near shops, restaurants, and parks. 10 minute taxi to Dublin City center. Great spot and stay!

My colleagues and I had a lovely stay at Marian's. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, and very warm and comfortable with everything that we needed. Marian was very helpful and quick to respond to messages, and made sure that everything was ok with checking in/heating etc when we arrived.

The house is located in a very quiet, mature and family centred neighbourhood. It has shops and cafes on its doorstep - you will be spoiled for choice! It is only 5km from the city centre.
Shops
There is a Tesco Express and a pharmacy across the road on Kimmage Road Lower ( 2 minute walk).
There's a large SuperValu supermarket and a hardware store at Sundrive crossroads ( 10 minute walk)
At the Ashleaf shopping centre ( 10 minute walk) there is a Dunnes Stores, McDonald's, a Specsavers and a Starbucks among other shops.
Cafes
There is a Pickles deli 10 mins walk which has the best sandwiches in Dublin – run by chefs trained in Ballymaloe. There's also a lovely new cafe called Grian
Parks
For walkers, runners, or those who simply like to enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh air, the house is close to Eamonn Ceannt Park ( 10 min walk). The area is a short walk to the many restaurants, pubs and shops in Harold’s Cross and Terenure villages, and is well serviced with an excellent range of local bus routes.
The City centre is 5 km away.
Numerous bus routes are on the doorstep - Routes 9, 54A, 83, 83A and 150 will get you into the city centre.

• Public: Transport: Bus is 25-30 minutes
• Cycling: 15-20 minutes
• Walking: 50 minutes.
Access to the M50 is 4 Km away.
