Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, which will make your arrival extremely easy. Please note, however, that the entrance is relatively narrow and is not suitable for larger vehicles such as campers, vans or buses. There is only room for cars no bigger than a VW Touareg. The house shines in new splendor after all living areas have been freshly painted and tastefully furnished. You will find design classics in the form of lamps and furniture, real plants and high-quality art prints on the walls, which give the entire ambience a stylish and unique charm. On the first floor there is a walk-in shower with toilet, also freshly renovated and designed, as well as the spacious living room with an inviting fireplace, which invites you to spend some cozy hours. Of course, you'll also find a smart TV with Netflix and other streaming options for rainy days. The adjacent dining area with space for six people perfectly rounds out the living experience. The kitchen may be a bit older, but it's fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here you can let off steam and show off your culinary skills. On the second floor you will find the bedrooms, another bathroom with bathtub & shower and toilet, as well as a cozy alcove for reading and relaxing. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ample storage space. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the spacious terrace & balcony, which is equipped with a lounge.
