Place was as described. Location was everything we had hoped for: walk to the beach, quick drive or rent a bike to excellent restaurants. Building had the amenities as described but just not quite enjoyable. Pool was not clean. Hot tub did not work. The building is older, the apartment is bare bones, maybe expected for the price. Furnishings are low quality (beds are hard, linens are cheap, sofa is stained, decor is sad). So this gave us the excuse to be out as much as possible, and in Miami this is not hard to do. We had a great vacation but we won’t be returning to this particular apartment.
Angelo is friendly- cordial-helpful - sincere with an great personality. He was always offering his assistance. In short, he is the best host I have dealt with in the past. We are happy to have found a great - reliable friend.
