Boryspil is a small town which is only 10 minutes from the airport. There are cefes,restaurants and Macdonald also nice small park for you kids. Accommodation was only 5 minutes walking distance to all these. If you don't want spend lots by going and staying in Kiev stay in boryspil.

This is actually a private hotel. We booked the reservation for 4 people and indicated it was a working trip so we would need good internet. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly but that’s where the pleasantries stopped. We were first given the wrong apartment. One queen bed and two singles instead of two queen beds. No balcony as listed. Only 2 bath towels, and no oil in kitchen even though it’s listed as kitchen essential. Entire apartment smelled of cigarettes even though it was posted no smoking. Internet was ok, but router was not in the apartment so connection was spotty, consistently disconnecting. Of the two tv’s, only one had working channels. We were then woken up before 8am by screaming children staying on the floor below us. We then messaged to the owner we are dissatisfied with our accommodations and requested a refund to find another place to stay for the duration of our trip. They instead told us we were given the wrong apartment and they would move us to the correct one. We asked to wait a few hours as one of the guests was trying to sleep after being woken up so early. They came in immediately anyway, although left when they saw the guest sleeping. A couple hours later the cleaning woman came in, and told us we needed to move immediately. One of the guests was not dressed and we asked the cleaning woman to please leave to give us privacy while we dressed and got our bags together. She refused to leave, a very embarrassing experience for our international undressed guest. We were then showed the apartment we were intended to get. It was actually a nice space, balcony, small kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds and working TVs. Unfortunately kitchen still did not have oil, bathroom only had 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels, hot water in shower only lasted for 15 seconds maximum, whole apartment again smelled like cigarettes, and internet was worse than previous apartment, consistently disconnecting. Another thing worth mentioning, you must get their permission any time you need to leave the property as there is a gate and no key was offered to us. Two of the guests had to leave on checkout day at 830am for flight. Upon departure, we indicated one guest would be returning and would check out at 11. We left briefly, and upon coming back to the apartment the door was upon, so it seems the owner was checking it. Overall, really horrible experience and would not stay here again. We wish they had refunded us like we requested after the first night.
