We came for a weekend getaway with friends and a few dogs and felt at home. The living area feels comfortable and there is lots of space! Great overall experience!

Ryan's place is so beautiful. The style and thoughtful details are so lovely and made the space feel extra special. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and the kitchen was amazing and very well stocked--much appreciated for all the cooking we did! I highly recommend this space!

What a wonderful experience! A very thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed home. Very tastefully done renovation with many little touches that make it comfortable and homey. Sitting in the idyllic garden, you almost forget that you’re in a house on the main road instead of an isolated property in the countryside. Ryan was a delight to deal with - always very responsive and helpful. Extremely well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room, dining room, and beds. I also recommend his coffee: Vortex coffee

Ryan's place is a really a cute place, a beautiful hybrid between rustic and modern comfort. The common areas were spacious and bright, the outdoor was quiet and thriving with nature all around! We really had a good time except for one thing. Right after booking, I received a message from Ryan, mentioning that if we were planning to use the spa, there would be a fee of 75$ that was not detailed in the ad. Surprised, I replied that this information was not listed. Ryan gladly waved the fee. We booked this place because there were a spa. We looked at 2 other places that didn’t have it and decided to pay more to go to Ryan’s place. Upon arrival we check the spa. The water level too low, there were no electricity and it was all foggy and dirty… I texted Ryan, he told me this wasn’t possible everything should be in order. I sent pictures as proof. Decided to fill out the spa, shock it, reset the breaker and we were able to use it the day after. It's sad that we missed one spa day though.

Ryan was a very friendly and responsive host. The place is beautifully decorated and has a lovely patio area. It is centrally located in PEC, close to wineries, and most of the surrounding towns. There is a $75 fee to use the hot tub, which was not disclosed in the listing or at the time of booking. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the upstairs bedrooms. A lot of the fans provided were very dusty and filled with spiderwebs. One of the larger bedrooms has what appeared to be mold in the window fan. Only one bedroom has a portable AC unit. Overall, the house does have a lot of character and we did enjoy our stay.
