Nice clean apartment with 3 bedrooms. Had all the amenities, including laundry. Drawback is that the apparent is located on the 4th floor without a lift. The apartment itself does not have a living room and the kitchen table sits 4. Overall a good place to stay and the host was excellent!
We had a great stay at the apartment. It was super clean and comfortable and the communication with Pablo was great and easy!
Die wohnung ist gut gelegen, optimal Graz zu erkunden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, obwohl wir sie nur für unser frühstück brauchten. Pablo schickte uns sehr klare Angaben. Kann diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Wielandgasse is a quiet street. Everything you need is around the corner: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and more. The river and the Augarten are located only 2 blocks away.
The main public transportation hub, Jakominiplatz, is 5 minutes away by foot.
Are you driving? No problem, parking spaces are available around the corner. The flat is located in a blue parking zone, meaning there is a parking fee from Monday to Friday 9-20 and Saturday 9-13. Parking machines take coins or contactless payments. An affordable parking garage is also nearby (Parkhaus Schönaugasse, check APCOA FLOW app for details).
