Villa Canterbury backs up to a park with the playground in view. Walking and biking paths are next to the home and lead to Murdock trail. The backyard has a fire pit, patio seating, in-ground trampoline, trees, a deck with more seating, and lots of space.
There is garage parking for two cars, driveway parking for 2 to 4 cars (double parking). There is also street parking.
The neighborhood is quiet with a large church building across the street.

36 minutes from major ski resorts, the Villa is great for a ski vacation. You will have easy access to the highway yet you’ll be in a nice quiet neighborhood. A canyon with great hiking and snowshoeing trails is only 10 minutes away. Traverse Mountain shopping and dining is less than ten minutes away. Costco and other stores are six minutes away.
Timpanogos LDS temple is a 10-minute drive, Draper temple 18 minutes, Orem temple 22 minutes, Jordan River temple 22 minutes, Provo City Center temple 25 minutes, Oquirrh Mountain temple 25 minutes, Salt Lake City temple 35 minutes (all distances depend on traffic).
