The apartment is beautiful, clean and perfectly located, in a peaceful area but super close to the center of Bologna. Matteo is an excellent host. He’s literally 100% available for questions all the time, and he’s super flexible and kind. I would definitely choose the TinyHouse again if I come back to Bologna!

We had a great time at Matteo's, the place is nice and clean and, although not very close to the city centre, it is within walkable distance from the old city walls. Highly recommended!

Great little place. Good amenities. Clean and tidy. Plenty of storage space, despite the size. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, as long as you don't mind a little walk. It's also a walkable distance to the train station. The only bad things to say are that the bed was a little uncomfortable, and that there was some loud drilling going on early in the morning in the garage next door. But overall, a great place and would recommend it!
