The Studio is a lovely open plan space that has been recently renovated, ideal for couples/a baby and pets are welcome. The Studio is all ground floor and has a brand-new fitted kitchen, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The bathroom, also new has a large walk-in rain shower. The Studio is a stone’s throw from a lovely country pub and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the local beach. TV has Freeview and WIFI, towels are provided and no extra cleaning fee. Free onsite parking. The property is open plan. As you come in the front door you have the kitchen to your left and a table and chairs to your right. At the other end of the room you have a double bed and TV area with chairs. There is then a small walkway which leads to the bathroom and on the other side, large double wardrobes.

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. Kelly was super helpful and provided us with all the info we needed
We had a really lovely last minute get away to Kelly’s studio over the bank holiday weekend. The space itself was immaculate (maybe the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in to date) and was just a short walk to the beach and a couple of local pubs. Would definitely recommend to a friend; thank you again Kelly for being so welcoming at such short notice!
My son and I where only able to stay the one night But we wish we had longer And will hope to come back in the summer holidays Great location Super clean and with everything you need. Bed was so comfy and big enough for me and my son. Shower was easy to use and bathroom was super clean Can’t wait to come back again Thank you for having us
Great stay. Easy to get to and nice night away near the beach
Excellent space for a couple. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The open plan design created more space to move around. Furnishings are very practical. We had everything we needed. Kelly and Tristan responded quickly when we had a problem. We hope to visit again in future.

Climping is a small village in West Sussex, on the south coast. There are a number of highlights to mention such as Climping beach, The Oystercatcher (a country pub) Bailiffscourt hotel and spa and a nice garden centre called The Arundel Gardener. Littlehampton is really close by and has a great marina and a seafront golf course!
