One bedroom apartment of 40 sqm, accessible by stairs, whose main rooms have been renovated (and the secondary rooms will be soon), including an entrance, a living and dining room with a convertible sofa and a dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen (infusions, teas, coffees, kettle, toaster, Nespresso, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, all dishes and kitchen utensils available), a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, adjustable-height cot with integrated changing table available, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine.

Notre séjour dans le logement de Karen a été parfait. Elle a été super réactive, tout était très propre et très joliment décoré , nous avons été très agréablement surpris car l extérieur ne laissait pas présager d’aussi belles prestations ! Nous recommandons vivement un séjour dans ce petit écrin de douceur bien isolé du froid extérieur et du bruit bien que proche de la route, nous n avons rien entendu 👍🏼
Très bon accueil par Karen. La proximité avec Tours et le bus à quelques mètres du logement nous a permis de laisser notre voiture sur place et de partir pour la journée visiter Tours. Nous avons pu profiter des bords du Cher pour nous promener dans un très beau cadre en partant du gîte.
nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! très fonctionnel, tout y est! l hôte est à l écoute, très accueillant et disponible. logement sur les rives du Cher, impeccable pour courir ou balades, proche d'une piscine et ikea. allez y sans hésiter !
Venus pour quelques jours sur Tours, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire, même les pièces non refaites à neuf sont fonctionnelles et propres. Nos hôtes ont pensé à laisser les éléments de première necessité dans chacune des pièces, ce qui est très appréciable. Amenés à venir de temps en temps sur Tours, c'est une bonne adresse à conserver!

The airbnb is located facing the Port-Avertin riverside tavern, open from June to September, and the Saint-Avertin boules court. The 'Jardin des Rives,' a public garden for children with structures such as slides, swings, climbing, etc., is 700 meters away, which is less than a 10-minute walk.
All local shops (bakeries, caterers, hairdressers, pharmacies, post office, grocery stores, restaurants...) are within a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets are easily accessible (by car: Lidl in 3 minutes, Carrefour in 5 minutes, Auchan in 7 minutes).
