Most-welcomed guests, Please know that 16% of the cost of your stay (already included in the price) goes to the City of Healdsburg in the form of TOT tax (occupancy tax). As locals who love our hometown, we appreciate that this money goes to development projects for the enjoyment of us all! Ann’s place is walking distance to all the best of Healdsburg - but also just enough away to be calm and peaceful. The small space was well designed and appointed and the private back patio was perfect. Beats the heck out of hotels!
Ann was a super host, very welcoming. Location is terrific, private with outdoor seating but walkable to town and restaurants. Quarters are a bit tight but shower is wonderful and patio relaxing. Perfect for a short stay!
Great location, just a few blocks from town. Lovely bathroom with small but perfectly adequate kitchen, and a nice little private yard. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Really enjoyed our time there.
really enjoyed the whole experience. I would highly recommend and hope to come back and stay at Ann's place again. I needed peace and rest. and this was perfect!

Healdsburg is a popular small town with over 100 wineries in the area. Restaurants, bakeries and cafes are abundant and most are within a few blocks of the Roost. A weekly Farmer's Market with locally sourced produce takes place near the downtown plaza. There are also year round cultural activities, including art and music, as well as sport options.
Almost everything in the City of Healdsburg is within easy walking distance from the Roost. There is bike rental available in town and a local taxi service.
