Heating charges are as follows: Pool heating per day (10am-5pm): $80 Spa heating per day (5 hours or your choice): $30 MUSIC - Is strictly prohibited outside, this is not our rule, rather it is the Palm Springs sound ordinance. If you are playing music inside the home please be sure doors & windows remain closed. If the city is called and there is a FINE issued, the guest will be responsible for paying any fines. NEIGHBORS - Please remain aware we have neighbors, while enjoying the pool and any outdoor space please be courteous and refrain from screaming, shouting etc. Have fun! but please be respectful. QUIET HOURS - are from 10pm - 10am if you are enjoying the fire pit or any outdoor space during these hours, noise should be kept to an absolute minimum. POOL CLEANER - Comes to clean the pool on Wednesdays & Saturdays (usually earlier in the day but do not have exact times). He has a key to the side gate. He will not knock on the door to let you know he is there. UTILITIES - All utilities other than pool / spa heating are included with short term stays. If you are booking a longer stay (28 days +) utilities will be prorated and billed after check out. All bills will be provided in a PDF for your review. SECURITY CAMERAS - we have one security camera inside the garage and outside of the front door. There are no cameras in any other area of the home.
