This conveniently located 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is set in a secure setting in Observatory.Within walking distance to St Peters Square; UCT Medical School; Groote Schuur. The house comprises 3 large and 1 smaller bedroom. All 4 bedrooms have double beds. The one bedroom is en-suite. Furnished Lounge and Dining/Eating area. A fully fitted kitchen with full laundry capability; dishwasher; microwave; fridge|freezer; stove with a gas hob. The house is equipped with a a 50Mbps fibre line. 4 bedrooms, which has a double bed in each of them. The one room has an en-suite The residence easily accommodates 8 guests simultaneously. Secure offstreet parking for 2 vehicles behind electric fencing.

We booked this airbnb a few months before and had to change the dates for it and were accommodated for very quickly. Upon arriving, Wasim was incredibly helpful and when we asked for local restaurant recommendations, he invited us to lunch with him and his wife which he then very kindly paid for. After a lovely dinner, they drove us to a local supermarket to get us supplies and then dropped us off back at the airbnb. It was an incredible gesture of kindness, especially given it was my first time in Cape Town. We were completely blown away by the attention and support we received regarding any questions and queries we had and were sent very helpful videos on how to work amenities. I'd love to come back and stay here again, the place itself is very nice and has everything you'd want and need. The amenities are brand new and the shower facilities are brilliant. We can't wait to come back and stay here and hopefully this time pay for their dinner to say thank you!
The place was great, very close to GSH and UCT. Ideal for family of student The only issue was the toilet being downstairs and a bit inconvenient for the clients with impaired mobility.
Host was extremely helpful, responsive and went the extra mile to make our experience easier. very clean home and all the rooms had fans which was great for the hot weather. The hosts sent us videos of how to use the appliances aswell as supplied us with detergent and pods for dishwasher. UPS for the wifi was extremely useful during loadshedding, as well as rechargeable lightbulbs. would 100% reccomend this home, definitely worth the money.
Well worth it. Easy accessible to main roads and easier when u getting back from far places. Safe secure clean All utensils linen were brand new. Excellent toaster...makes it just right. The fridge set at perfect temperature. Friendly and a home away from home. Will definetly stay here again. And the fresh koeksisters on Sunday a bonus like u can't belive.
Lovely stay home away from home. Will definitely go back for another visit.
