Our beautiful, spacious property is made up of the main house with a large open plan kitchen/dining area and living space with HD smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and large American style fridge freezer. In the 1 acre garden there are fruit trees, abundant flowers and plants, and the modern air conditioned gite with 2 further bedrooms (1 with king-sized and one with queen-sized bed), a large shower room and another fantastic kitchen and living area. The pool and decking area have built in shaded seating and a new gas bbq, high end speakers and a large dining table with space for 8-10. There is a football table, table tennis table and trampoline so kids will have a whale of a time. There are no immediate neighbours which makes it extremely peaceful and private. Horses occasionally graze in the next door field, and on the 5 minute walk into Bonnes you might pass swimmers or kayakers in the river.
