The bedroom layout includes a luxurious king bed in the master, three bedrooms all with queen beds and a fifth bedroom with a queen-over-twin bunk bed. Entertainment: Unwind in our game room featuring an 8ft pool table and a PS5 with games for the kids. Outdoor Space: Bask in the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Amenities: Benefit from high-speed wifi and the convenience of parking in the car garage. Updates: We are committed to enhancing your experience with regular updates and additional amenities. Air Force Base: Catch occasional glimpses of jets flying by from the nearby Air Force base. Transportation: While train stations aren't within walking distance, Layton City offers a free shuttle service – check schedules on the city page. Parking & Winter Tips: Garage & Street Parking: Guests can park one car in the garage, two in front, and additional parking on the street. Winter Parking Rule: Note the city's winter rule; no street parking between 1 am and 6 am from December to February. Snow Management: While we don't provide snow removal, find shovels and ice melts in the garage for your convenience. House Rules and Important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below Pet Policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guest will have access to park 1 car in the garage and 2 more in front of the home. Guest can also park on the street, but during December-February, no vehicles can park between 1 am and 6 am as it is the city winter rule. Tickets/Citations from this city will be guest responsibility.

Nice house with tons of space. Close to plenty of food, grocery stores, and other amenities. Fenced backyard was nice for family gathering!
My only downfall is they have an app you use that unfortunately wouldn't download with my phone. I do have an older model of phone though. It was easily fixed because it worked on my husband's phone. Zero complaints about the hosts or house. I will note that it is near the airbase so you do frequently hear the jets during the day, but that is to be expected anywhere within the area. It also means you can get a great view of them.
We had a fabulous stay! In town to visit family and made a a last minute change of plans. Literally booked this house and went straight over within a half hour. Super convenient to where we wanted to be. We loved the house and felt right at home. Kids loved the game room and the WiFi!! Husband loved that his truck fit in the garage! And I just loved the entire house! Even our dog enjoyed being able to run around in the backyard! Would definitely come back!

The home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You will hear the jets flying from time to time as it is close to the Air Force base.
There are two train stations that are in the area but not within walking distance. The city does have a free shuttle that goes around. Please feel free to check their schedules on the Layton City Page.

Hi there! We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up as an Airbnb for guests instead. We took a shot at the new direction and instantly became hooked. We own many of our own short term rental properties and manage short term rental properties for other people too.
