This unique place has a style all its own. A private unit with separate entry and own bathroom and kitchen. Located 15km from the city centre and 15min drive from Tullamarine Airport. Easy access to the city by train from Sunshine station (2.5km away). Split system heating/cooling in bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and bar fridge. All kitchen essentials provided. Parking on driveway under the bedroom window.

Julia’s place had been great for our short Melbourne visit. The kitchen has all the utensils we needed. Bathroom and bedroom are both squeaky clean, especially the linens and toilet, which surprises me as I didn’t expect an Airbnb to have the standard of a 4-star hotel! The location is even better. Just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the bus stop and from where we can catch the train to Melbourne CBD. Julia is super responsive. Would totally recommend her place if you would like to stay at a quiet, yet peaceful area.
Highly recommend this accomodation! Clean, private, safe, and has everything you need. Bed was comfortable, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry fully stocked. Went for a walk around the block and it is such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely a place to decompress and live simply. Thank you to the hosts for the wonderful stay.
This place is so cute and homely and was the perfect little stay for myself and my friend. The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were lovely! Very gratefully to Yulia for the stay - it was wonderful!

If you don't have a car there is a bus stop about 150m away which will take you to the train station.
In less than a kilometer there is a major Ballarat Road with all kind of shops and restaurants.
Sunshine Shopping Plaza is 2km or 4min drive from home. Like any other shopping centres it offers variety of shops and eateries.
One of the major Melbourne shopping precincts Highpoint Shopping Center is about 5km away.
Essendon DFO with gazillion of shops 15min drive.
