This was my first experience booking an Airbnb with my parents, and after going through many reviews, I decided on Subhrangsu's apartment. The stay was amazing and it exceeded our expectations. Mihir Dada and Bapi Dada greeted us warmly and ensured we got well-acquainted with the apartment. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures on the website. Subhrangsu was responsive and he addressed all our questions swiftly. The support we received during our stay was remarkable, from Bapi Dada's daily assistance to Mihir Dada's help in arranging transportation for our trip to Chandannagar, our next destination. The apartment's location is worth noting, Gariahat is just a 5-minute drive. It was very easy to get Uber/local taxis. I am grateful for the generosity and kindness shown by Subhrangsu and his team. My parents were so pleased with the experience that they've already decided to book this apartment for future visits to Kolkata. Highly recommend it!

This is my 3rd long-term stay at Manjula - obviously Subhrangsu is doing something right! The location is perfect for my needs and has become my 'hood. Bapi-dada, the on-site caretaker, is a treasure. As an older single foreigner woman, he called me every morning and evening to check, which I appreciated. Subhrangsu is always available via text. The bonus this visit was the washing machine, which made my life so much easier. Love recommending this flat!

Location can't be beat, and Subhrangsu is an amazing and responsive host. Bapi da is a darling, and super helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better AirBnB experience. I guess I know where I'll be staying during my next visit to Calcutta :)

The place itself is in an upmarket area as I knew some film directors etc of yesteryears living there. The maintenance of the outside area is up to the mark. The environment itself spiritually healed me. There are two temples on both sides and the sound of them is most pleasing. I had a knee problem and was very pleased with the lift. Then I found the place highly secure as there is a collapsible gate on the front door, in addition to having a peep hole. Health wise as there are no open drains, the air is clean and free of pests. If the balcony door is kept shut in the evenings then the evening insects would not come towards the internal lights. There is a Water filter which has kept my most fragile system well. The area within the house was roomy, airy with ample daylight. There are cupboards to put the clothes in and there is a laundry nearby. Subhrangsu has an 👌efficient team who support the guests all the way. As for Sub, a thorough gentleman and absolute gem of a person.
