Ideal for both business travelers and families on holiday, our property offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience. Our house is just a stone's throw away from the bustling G-tower, a hub of shops and restaurants where you can indulge in local and international cuisines or shop to your heart's content. If you're here for work, you'll appreciate the proximity to the Convention Center and various UN Offices.

The Apartment matches the description. It is very large with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths + very large living room, Laundry room, large master bath, etc. VERY quiet inside and around the building. Convenient to Metro station (15 mins walk), Central park, various stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. A couple of notes - My taxi dropped me off in the garage level entrance which was not helpful. Street level is what You need to access the bldg lobby. The Apartment is a part-time AirBnb so it's more like staying in someone's home vs a purpose built unit. Comfortable & pleasant Stay.
What a great host! This is a house I want to visit over and over again. I want to visit often when I have time! Shamsul is sweet, kind and warm. He is a great host who always takes good care of you!
Pros: Host is friendly and responds very quickly! The apartment is tidy and modern, with all the listed ammenities and tools (washing machine, detergent, hair dryer, air fryer, umbrella etc). Big apartment: 3 beds in separate rooms & 2 bathrooms (1 inside the master bedroom, the other adjacent the guest bedroom; a toilet is in each bathroom). Kitchen area is spacious, with a large bench next to the gas stovetops and sink. The lounge room includes 3 sofas arranged tastefully around a big flatscreen TV and a coffee table. All the curtains in the apartment are electronically drawn via separate remotes. There is heating throughout the apartment (floor heating), but the Korean language on the AC switch makes it slightly challenging to navigate. Apartment is close to shops, restaurants, cafe, convenient stores, Central Park; nice view since windows are huge. Cons: Shower cubicle glass door is difficult to open from the inside when there is steam. The bedsheets could be cleaner.
It was very comfortable while it was cozy inside. And it was nice to have a lot of sofas. If I have a chance, I would like to revisit.
The apartment, located in a nice complex, offers ample space and all necessary amenities, and is conveniently close to Central Park. Moreover, the host is highly responsive.
