Daniel is a very responsive host! Highly reccomend booking with him!! This listing looked just like the photos but better!!! The plunge pool was great!! Great for relaxing! The restaurants on the compound were great! Everything in the condo was working well! The Beach was very refereshing! A great experience!! We will definitely be coming back again!! Thank you for everything Daniel!!

I can’t compare this to any other “resort“. I can only compare it to what other people have told me about resorts that they have stayed in. To me this is a very nice condo place with a very big pool area and it is on the beach. There are two restaurants. Nothing included with my condo rental. Not even coffee or salt and pepper. The restaurant that opens in the morning doesn’t open until 830 I think and that’s a little late for me for coffee but all the food we ate there was delicious! The concierge was very helpful and it was nice to have a small store to buy any items that we forgot or didn’t want to go out of the resort area to pick up. Overall, this was a nice stay, very comfortable condo.

The department is nice, perfect location and few steps from the pool and restaurant, the beach is less than 5 min walking. Having a pool outside the room is nice for the kids, but only the small kids as it is one ft deep. I recommend renting a car, Playa del Carmen 5th avenue is about 10 min drive. Buy groceries because there isn’t anything in the department other than basic utensils. The pool is big, nice and not crowded but there is no service so bring your snacks and drinks. There is a restaurant on site, the food is good and affordable. The cons, there was trash when we arrived, it was picked up later but they didn’t even leave a trash bag, I had to buy that and even toilet paper because the place is not stocked. The towels were dirty, I also bought detergent to wash them. I asked for cleaning mid week for an extra feel, they never showed up. The internet does not work or was extremely slow, we were never able to use the tvs for the same reason.

This condo was great. beautiful inside, well stocked kitchen utensils, washer dryer worked well. Ice maker didn't work, no light in fridge and no check in instructions (for example, how to log in to the internet and use the TV. No garbage bags, TP, paper towels, laundry soap. The resort is wonderful and the beach was just perfect. I was very glad to be on the first floor with the wading pool. Very close to the beach. Condo faces north, so shady after 11 am, good when it's hot, might be less good if its coolish. Easy bike ride to town. All in all a wonderful 14 day .stay
